Recently, the 4th China Marine Equipment Expo 2026 was grandly held at the Haicang International Convention and Exhibition Center in Fuzhou. Invited by the organizing committee, the Freight Forwarding Association of China's Bulk and Special Cargo Working Committee participated in the exhibition. At the exhibition site, Mr. Chen Zheng, the director of the Freight Forwarding Association of China and the executive deputy director of the Bulk and Special Cargo Working Committee, happened to meet the县长 of Sokouka County， Poland， Piotr Piotr， and the deputy county head， Łukasz Owsiejko. This encounter initiated a logistics dialogue spanning Asia and Europe.
The two sides engaged in friendly and in-depth discussions. At the same time， they connected with Lin Baotai， the executive deputy director of the Highway and Railway Working Committee of the Freight Forwarding Association of China， for a video communication. After thorough negotiations， they reached three major cooperation agreements， opening a new chapter for the cooperation of China-Europe Railway Express and cross-border multimodal transport.
The government of Sokoukauka County has warmly invited the China International Freight Forwarders Association to organize entrepreneurs engaged in the China-Europe Railway Express to visit Sokoukauka County in Poland during the spring and summer of next year. They will have face-to-face communication and cooperation with local logistics enterprises, inspect the local customs and transfer station facilities, explore new routes for the China-Europe Railway Express, and seek opportunities for cross-border supply chain cooperation.
The government of Sokoukwa County is willing to organize a local logistics enterprise team (mainly involving railways) to go to Shanghai to participate in the 3rd Shanghai Asia Logistics Expo (organized by the China International Freight Forwarding Association), which will be held from March 15th to 16th, 2027. This event aims to establish a physical platform for two-way communication between Chinese and Polish logistics enterprises.
The Sokoukouka County will strive to have the national parliament pass the implementation of the UN NCD Convention as soon as possible. It is willing to promote the use of the single document system adapted to the NCD Convention by local logistics enterprises of China. It hopes that this innovative measure will bring more opportunities to both sides.
Ms. Chen Likui, Chairperson of Fujian Jincheng Yingtong International Logistics Co., Ltd., hosted a dinner reception that evening for Chen Zheng, Piotr Piotr, Łukasz Owsiejko, and Mr. Gregory, President of the Asia-Europe Education Foundation.
